At Gibb, we believe that our employees and clients are stakeholders in our firm. Our aim is to educate our client to better manage issues that affect them legally. Litigation is seen as a final resort when “all else has failed”.
We take a pro-active stand and seek alternative solutions to address legal issues in the hope of avoiding litigation which in the long run can be expensive and time consuming. To achieve this objective, we focus on:

All briefs are attended to within 48 hours. Any instructions will be given specific datelines and the possible course of action. Lawyers and clerical staff are instilled with the ethos that the needs and welfare of our clients are paramount
Business Efficiency
We strive to build a relationship with our clients and take a keen interest in understanding our client’s business and its corporate culture and to provide solutions based on it and to better equip them to deal with the ever evolving business environment.
Professional Integrity
As officers of the Court, we maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity and ethics regardless if the matter is litigious or not. By doing an overall assessment of every brief, we advise our clients on the best course of action without compromising our integrity.
