About Edwin
Upon his call to the Bar in 1997, he commenced practice with Messrs. Mogan & Co and thereafter in 2000, he joined Messrs. Loh Poh Seng & Co. In 2003 he joined Gibb & Co and in 2006 was made a partner.
Edwin has handled several landmark cases, namely Gunung Tunggal Quarry case. (see Wu Siew Ying v Gunung Tunggal Quarry (1999) 4AMR 3881) and also several labour disputes namely Meerakutty A/L Momathu v Ladang Kamiri (see [2003]2AMR114 ) and Jaya Harta Realty v Koperasi Kemajuan pekerja-pekerja Ladang Bhd.(see [2000] 8CLJ246)
He has been actively involved in Rotary was the President in 2008-2009. He has also been active with the Perak Bar Committee and has served in numerous positions since 1999 until 2011. In 2001 he was the Chairman for the National Young Lawyers Committee for the State of Perak, and in 2011 was the Chairman of the Perak Legal Committee.
