About Chan

Upon his call to the Bar in 1997, he commenced practice with Messrs. Jahara Radzi & May Chan and thereafter in 1999, he joined Messrs. B.C Teh & Yeoh. In 2002, he joined Messrs. Khoo Heng Choon & Co. and was made a partner thereafter of the firm in 2003. In 2004, he joined M/s Kamarudin & Partners as a partner to set up and manage their Penang Branch. In 2009 he joined Gibb & Co as a partner to set up the Penang Branch and is now the Managing Partner of the Branch.

He has conducted numerous trainings for banks and developers and has sat in for discussions with the Penang Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) on the issues of development in the Penang State.
